Kashif Sultan is the firm’s Principal Solicitor. He has been admitted as a Solicitor of Supreme Court of NSW, Solicitor of Supreme Court of England & Wales, and an Advocate of High Court in Pakistan. Mr. Sultan is fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi. Mr. Sultan is also a partner at Sultan Law Associates, based in Lahore Pakistan. He has experience in diverse areas of law while working in three different commonwealth jurisdictions. Mr. Sultan is experienced in corporate and commercial laws, Intellectual Property Laws, Family Laws and Immigration Law of Australia and United Kingdom. He has been providing professional services to various national and multinational corporates in drafting commercial agreements, registration and enforcements issues in relation to breach of contract and Intellectual property rights. Moreover, He has over ten years experience in advising clients on various family law disputes involving divorces, complex financial settlements, child disputes. He has developed niche specialism in Islamic Family law and foreign jurisdictions. He Has assisted various children’s services councils and individual clients based in Australia, UK and Pakistan for child custody, inheritance and child abduction matters (Hague Convention).
